Return Policy for TinnitusRelief

1. Eligibility for Return:

The TinnitusRelief device may be returned within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase as indicated on the original invoice.
This return policy is applicable only to customers who have purchased the TinnitusRelief device directly from DrSpectra.
International patients are not eligible for returns under this policy.

2. Return Authorization Process:

To initiate a return, the customer must contact DrSpectra's Customer Care department at 9817270270 within the aforementioned 15-day period.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from DrSpectra. The Customer Care representative will assess the eligibility for return and provide a Return Authorization if applicable.

3. Conditions for Return:

The TinnitusRelief device must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories including:

TinnitusRelief device
Earphone (1 Unit)
Charger (1 Unit)
Original packaging box
Original invoice

The device and all accompanying accessories must be in working condition and free from any physical damage, including but not limited to cracks, scratches, or other signs of misuse. DrSpectra reserves the right to refuse returns if the device is not in satisfactory condition.

4. Deductions from Refund Amount:

Upon approval of the return and receipt of the device in satisfactory condition, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

Original Purchase Price minus the following deductions:

Clinic Services: A deduction will be applied to cover the costs of any initial clinic services provided, such as consultations or diagnostic assessments related to the device purchase. The specific amount for these clinic services will be communicated during the return authorization.

Delivery Charges: The actual cost incurred by DrSpectra for the initial delivery of the device to the customer will be deducted from the refund amount. This ensures that the customer bears the expense of the initial shipment.

Minimal Device Amount: A nominal charge representing the minimal usage and potential depreciation of the device during the customer's possession will be deducted. This amount acknowledges the period the device was in use.


5. Return Shipping:

The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the device back to DrSpectra.

The device must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. DrSpectra will not be responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.

6. Refund Process:

Once the returned device is received and inspected by DrSpectra, and the return is approved, the refund will be processed within seven (7) working days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, after deducting the applicable clinic services, delivery charges, and minimal device amount as outlined in Section 4.
