Return Policy for TinnitusRelief

All requests for return of TinnitusRelief device must be authorized by our Customer Care department prior to returning the device. Please contact us at 9817270270 to initiate the return process.


You need to contact authorized Drspectra personal at 9817270270. Once they check your eligibility for return, they will guide you to the next process.

- At the time of return, the Tinnitusrelief device box should have
- Tinnitusrelief device
- Earphone (1Unit)
- Charger(1Unit)
- Packaging box

20% of the purchase amount (Excludes Tax) will returned to the patient once the request has been approved by the DrSpectra within the 1 year of the date of purchase. Also, the patients should be directly purchased with us are only eligible for returning the device.

Device can be returned within 1 year from the date of purchase. They must be returned at the customer's expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

• Product must be in working condition - no cracked, scratched and product in handy manner will be accepted.
• Product must be returned in its original packaging box.
• Return Authorization must be requested from DrSpectra within 1 year of date of purchase.
• Once return approval has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
• Original invoice should be available with the device.
• Patient who purchased device directly from DrSpectra is only eligible to return the device.
• Shipment can be returned by any standard courier to:

• Amount will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the device.

During the return of the device, following items should be available in the box, these include:

• Device • Earphones • Charger

All the above-mentioned items should be in working condition with an original invoice in the packet.

No, DrSpectra is not having any returnable policy for international patients.

*Note: Please note that DrSpectra returnable policy is only valid for the patients who have purchased in India.

  • Therapy should be taken as per the guidance of DrSpectra.
  • We do regular follow-ups with the patient. If you don’t receive calls from DrSpectra within 15 days for follow-up, Kindly call us on +91-9817270270.
  • Use only the prescribed earphones with device, Other earphones will not give any effective results.
  • Don’t use it with other patients. We are not responsible for harmful results.
